EconSquad AI offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Starter plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be downgraded to a read-only state.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize EconSquad AI to charge your payment method on file through Stripe for recurring subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in the platform. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or inappropriate suggestions. EconSquad AI and its specialists are tools to assist your work — they are not a substitute for professional judgment, subject matter expertise, or due diligence.

You are solely responsible for the final content you submit, publish, or act upon.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, content, and materials you input into the Service ("User Content"). EconSquad AI does not claim ownership over your mission outputs, grant drafts, analyses, or any other content you create using the platform.
Our Platform: The EconSquad AI platform, including the specialist system, ARIA assistant, user interface, underlying code, system prompts, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by EconSquad AI and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without express written permission.
License to Use: By subscribing to EconSquad AI, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal professional purposes during your subscription period.
Your use of EconSquad AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECONSQUAD AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ECONSQUAD AI'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO ECONSQUAD AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EconSquad AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you input into or generate using the Service.
By You: You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through the Billing tab in the platform or by contacting [email protected].
By Us: EconSquad AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued service poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of clear ToS violations, refunds may not be issued.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data stored in your account may be deleted after 30 days following termination. You are responsible for exporting any mission history or work products you wish to retain before terminating.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
